Job Description: Review documented solutions to ensure that ICE IT systems developed on behalf of the Government meet the systems requirements established for the ICE technical architecture.
Documentation to be reviewed includes, but is not limited to the Concept of Operations, Systems Requirements Document, Design Document, Interface Control Agreements and Data Conversion Plans. Review focus is mostly on the system design to ensure that it is based on the system requirements, that the technologies selected for the system under implementation are approved and documented in the ICE Technology Reference Model (TRM), and the functional, data interoperability, and security architectures of the system under implementation follow ICE related architecture standards and guidelines. Perform documentation assessments to identify deficiencies and recommend alternatives to meet established requirements categorized by completeness, compliance and consistency. Liaise with architects and engineers on different contracts and systems assurance, to ensure appropriate support is being applied to projects / programs as necessary.
Required Skills
Have software development experience on client, middle tier, and server tier environments

Position Description
The Signals Intelligence Analyst facilitates communication intercept operations and will be responsible for monitoring radio transmissions, and operating a myriad of intercept related communications equipment to include High Frequency Direction finding devices. Responsibilities include but are not limited to;
Operate HF/VHF/UHF radio intercept and direction finding equipment
Monitor HF/VHF/UHF type radio communications
Perform real-
Collect, analyze and report SIGINT data; Write intelligence reports;Maintain daily logs and reports;Enter information into EPIC's major databases.
Verify all keyed data entry; Perform comparison of documents with the data bases;
Conduct on-
Input data keying with microcomputers or word processors; Enter data using several source document formats; Review all documents for accuracy and completeness.

Required Skills
