Resume' Submittal Policy

We treat resume' documents as very personal information. We do not distribute, disseminate, market or redistribute resume content to any other individuals or companies. We will only provide an applicant resume' to one of our clients after we contact the applicant and identify the position and client information.

If we initiate the applicant contact by responding to an applicant’s online resume’ posting, we record the site identity as well as the time-date stamp because our placement services include applicant identification, tracking, and reporting data that meets or exceeds the regulation changes that went into effect on February 6, 2006 by the Office of Federal Contract Compliance Programs (OFCCP)

If you were not aware that your resume' was posted online, just let us know by email and we will provide you the source site location. If an applicant posts their resume' online using an anonymous or confidential "alias or name" we will only attempt to contact the applicant once by email and then discard the resume' document because it lacks the necessary contact information to proceed in a timely manner.
