Our placement services include applicant identification, tracking, and reporting data that meets or exceeds the regulation changes that went into effect on February 6, 2006 by the Office of Federal Contract Compliance Programs (OFCCP).  In addition,  we have mastered one of the most efficient methods of  documenting applicant tracking with our CyberRecruiting  process

  CyberRecruiting is a entirely different way of working that requires some programming skills and senior industry professionals that have been dedicated in the use and evolution of Parsing Engines, Boolean Logic, Fuzzy Logic, Search Engines, Text Retrieval Systems, WEB Spiders, MetaCrawlers, AutoSearch, MetaSearch, Automated Research Methodology, Artificially Intelligent methods for Context Sensitive Criteria, Data Validation and Comprehension. And most recently, a select few, like ourselves, have evolved and use "Linguistic based" Search Engines and soft logic application interfaces to the applicant tracking databases.

     CyberRecruiting methods are often so much faster than isolating applicants in our own database. For example, we define the search criteria after entering the job description into our Applicant Tracking Database. Upon launching our search; applicant résumé's from more than 2200 sites are evaluated; hundreds of qualified résumé's are automatically linked to a position vacancy number; contact information from each résumé is extracted to create a new database record; duplicate records are automatically deleted; a personalized email message is created with the job description. All of this is accomplished in a matter of minutes. Within moments, we scan each résumé' and simply choose to send an email or delete the duplicate record. This can happen at a rate of 200 applicants per minute. In most cases, we just email 50 of the best qualified applicants an introduction and a job description . The entire sourcing process only requires about 15 minutes per position. At first glance, the automated sourcing process may seem a bit impersonal; but to the contrary, it actually allows us to have more time for the personalized contact and the very critical employee qualification process.

        

1995 - The I.T. Staffing Center

     The I.T. Staffing Center was established  for software licensing and corporate legal agreement purposes in 1995. These  run-time software modules provided some of the original PC based solutions in Human Resource Management and applicant tracking concepts and intelligent Recruiting Search Utilities. Some of these original HR modules were designed for; (1)decision-based career ladder counseling; (2)employee educational course approval and reimbursement tracking and; (3) tracking technical skills and professional certifications.  The Recruiter's Search Accelerator allowed immediate search capabilities of multiple file formats in the same résumé database. It was one of the first products to isolate the résumés that were stored in diverse formats like MS Word, ASCII, RTF, Word Perfect, MS Excel, WordPerfect, Html formats. Once qualified, the résumés were isolated and an email list was created. During this process, duplicate email addresses were deleted and the results were saved as a text file that could be pasted into the address field of your email program of choice. Thus, The original two modules, The Recruiter's Search Accelerator and TrackIT Employee Resource Management Database were the basis for all of the other future HR modules.
